If appointed as your ASIC registered agent, we act on your behalf to lodge ASIC forms and maintain your company details until you notify us otherwise.

Your appointment of CorpSec Direct automatically replaces any previous ASIC agent appointments.

Our Annual Subscription includes:

• Processing of your Annual Company Statement and Solvency Resolution

• Liaising with ASIC regarding your annual review

• Managing ASIC deadlines and reminders

ASIC registration fees are not included and must be paid directly by you. You may cancel your subscription at any time in writing.

CorpSec Direct maintains digital corporate registers for your convenience. However, you remain responsible for retaining original or hard-copy registers if required by law.

For companies established before our appointment, additional fees may apply to bring your records and registers up to date.

All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST, except ASIC fees which are GST-free.

• Online services must be paid upfront before lodgement.

• Payments can be made via credit card or electronic funds transfer.

• No documentation or forms will be lodged until payment is received in full.

• Overdue invoices may incur late payment charges or debt recovery costs.

Direct costs such as ASIC filing fees, government charges, or searches are billed to you at cost.
We may engage trusted third parties to support service delivery where necessary.

Discounts may apply for accounting or legal firms, or groups managing multiple company entities. These will be confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

We provide reminders to help you meet ASIC deadlines. However, CorpSec Direct is not responsible for late fees, penalties, or compliance breaches resulting from delays, incomplete information, or inaction on your part.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for reviewing and signing ASIC documentation as required.

Any additional or custom services requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted and confirmed in writing before commencement.

We act based on the information you provide. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in additional fees or delays.

CorpSec Direct does not provide legal, accounting, or taxation advice. Where appropriate, we can refer you to a qualified professional.

All new company registrations require full payment of both CorpSec Direct fees and ASIC registration fees prior to lodgement.

We can manage member’s voluntary deregistration on your behalf if we are appointed as your ASIC agent. All associated fees and ASIC charges are payable in advance.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time and will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

You agree that the use of our services is at your own discretion and responsibility. CorpSec Direct will not be liable for any loss, claim, or damage arising from reliance on information provided, misuse of our services, or delays caused by third parties or incomplete client information.
